When to set up nursery?

I'm almost 15 weeks with my second and I really want to start setting up the nursery! (which is really just baby's shared space with my daughter) With my daughter, I started hers at about 20 weeks and finished it at 33 weeks. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but with this one I already feel like I want it done now.
When is everyone else thinking of starting and/or completing their nursery? If you're starting "early", do you have a lot of work to do or do you just like to be prepared?

I am busting to set mine up now, however we love in australia and all my family live in the uk, we havent seen my parents for nearly 6 years, they are coming to visit in july and baby is due early Oct so we are going to paint the guest room with the theme we have chosen gor baby as this will turn into nursery when they leave, then once they leave will set up probably the day after haha do it when u feel because u may not feel in the mood to do it in due course

We don't find out the sex until 20 weeks so we won't set up until then. 
I feel you should wait as long as possible so that your other kid can have their room as long as possible maybe?

I'm in the process of building a house I doubt I'll have a nursery before this one gets here 🙈

I think you should start when you feel like it because it just meanur in the beginning stages of nesting...  I have been planning everything out in my head ... I can't wait till the end of May to go wild on this baby side of the room he/she is sharing with big brother

I would love to start setting ours up! But, it's currently an office. We're going to refinish our basement and move the office down there.. Hubby is a teacher (yet very handy!) so that probably won't be done until June/July... THEN I can start. Sigh. I have awhile haha!

I'm wondering the same thing. I probably won't even have time to start until around 30 weeks, if my husband isn't traveling for work at that time. I will need to clean out our home office and move everything to the garage. Before I do that, we will need to clean out the garage. Baby may not come home to a completed nurserey. :(

Our guest room is becoming the nursery so I won't start until 30ish weeks. With my first the furniture didn't come until I was 39 weeks and I had the nursery done in one week.
