How come some women can get pregnant without even trying, and others it takes months or even years to get pregnant?? I see so many posts about TTC and tips and tricks and ovulation and fertility tracking... And I thought my SO and I would be in the same boat once we get married in August and start TTC. But instead, while we were waiting, I was on the pill, and 2 weeks late, and guess what, I'm pregnant! Just curious as to why this happens... I know everyone's body is different, but I just hate seeing all of these women dying to have a baby and have been trying every trick in the book to get pregnant for long periods of time and nothing is working, when some people aren't even trying to have a baby but they get pregnant. Not fair 😕
