OK I have a question see if anyone could help me .

Me and my boyfriend are planning to buy a mobile home, our question is if we buy one we would do it with a bank loan so we'd be paying monthly obviously but what would happen if while we're paying for it we were to Idk want to move to an actual house or something like if we got better economic wise and we would want to rent a house could we do that and could we rent our mobile home to someone else and pay the bank back that way ? Or do we have to finish paying the bank first and then be able to rent it to someone?
