Stop trying? What is your definition?

Obviously anyone who it has taken awhile to have a baby and has had trouble has been told to either "relax and it will happen" or "stop trying and it will happen".

What would you define as stop trying?

Curious as to what everyone's answer would be :)

People tell me that all the time but if I don't try I can't get pregnant. My definition would be stop using opks stop keeping track of your cycle stop testing every single month. But I have PCOS and I'm seeing and RE so how am I supposed to stop trying? People don't get it

Stop trying for me would be to not have sex so much like we been having (only because we been ttc and having sex more because of it) and if it happens it happens my friends are telling me this now i been ttc for 5months all my friends are telling me to just let it happen naturally and that im trying to force it

No more planning nights to have sex just letting it come naturally, stressing about vitamins and supplements, and tracking your period.

Honestly for me I just stopped doing as much while tracking my cycle. I stopped temping, which was a significant source of my frustration
