Can I be pregnant or not ? HELP !

So as of today I haven't gotten on my period & I should've been on as of Sunday through today but I'm not . But recently I've noticed my nipples been a bit sore & that usually doesn't happen to me before getting on my period . I don't know what to think or do . I was going to wait out another week & see if I come on but again this soreness is having me worried . Any suggestions as to what is going on ? 😩 help !
