Is this back labor? Holy crap I just can't get comfortable! Nothing helps! Constant back pain with short waves of even more intense pain. Barely any contractions in my belly though.

Yep sounds like your in labor with my second pregnancy I had no pain in my stomach all of it was in my back. I had really bad back pain a day before i was going to be induced next day went in to get induced turns out i was 5 cm and was in labor the day before. Congrats and good luck hun.
