1 positive one negative!!

So after taking two tests at home. One was positive and one came out negative, and to top it all I went to the doctors today and had another urine test which was negative, my doctor send me to get blood work, less than an hour later I get a call, the blood work was normal, so negative as well. I don't k ow what to do, my last mentrual cycle was Feb. 20 and I have all the symptoms. Even my husband thinks it's in my head. But I know my body and I've never missed my period before. I am so confused and frustrated..... Has any of you ladies ever had this happen to them???
