Early signs of pregnancy

I've been TTC for 8 months with no luck, so I'm worried I'm just fishing for signs at this point. It is a week before my expected start date and I've been getting the worst headaches at the same time every day (1pm), Dizziness that comes and goes and fatigue. I know it's that time of year where sinuses are all flaired up but I was just wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms.
