It hurt bad for me. But I was a 98 pound girl with a boyfriend who's girth was very much above average and length was a little above average. And I never did anything before him.

For my first time it wasnt so bad and yeah it does depend on your and his size and speed. He went fast so for me it didnt hurt very much but i could still feel the pain just not a whole lot.

If you feel relaxed and comfortable with them, then it will be much easier to laugh, relax, and not be so tense. Find something to laugh about. The key is to relax:) if you've ever used tampons then the hymen is broken and that relieves some of the pain but if you tense up it can hurt. Start slow with some foreplay maybe? But have fun with it. Laughing is a really relaxing sound and if the two of you can giggle about something goofy you'll feel better from the get go
