Whatever you do, don't donate to locks of love. They charge people for the wigs made of hair they get for free. Instead look into Pantene, they actually give the wigs to cancer patients for free.

This is how short my hair is, I cut my hair every summer and donate to Locks of Love, it's fun and you don't even have to go super short either my hair was past my boobs and I got it cut up to my shoulders 😊 I say go for it!

If you decide to donate, research the different charities in depth. Some have restrictions on who they choose to receive hair (if they have less a chance/less time of survival they decline their request) and some actually make the patients pay hundreds for their wigs. Just be weary.
