Yes I still gymed up to 34 weeks I now have 9 days till I'm due and not doing anything

No. I have barely enough energy to survive my work life and home life. Nothing to spare for workouts.

Walking and yoga so far! 26 weeks! I tried to run and do more but that didn't work so well. Hoping to take up swimming when my teaching schedule hits summer and i can make it to the pool before it closes.

I used to. But at about 18 weeks I could see where he was in my stomach when I would do crunches or sit ups and it freaked me out so I stopped lol

Since I hit 30weeks I go walking at my local park' 3 laps each time. Gets me breathing hard and sweating but not so much that I am over heating myself . A little bit but better than nothing

Yes at least 4x a week swim, walk, eliptical or lift weights I just rotate the workout throughout the week. It's very good for both U and baby.

Not during my pregnancy(too exhausted with other kiddies) but before I got pregnant working out 6-8 times a week and will be doing so after baby is born! Miss the gym so much

I'm still taking barre classes about 3x per week. I'm at 28 weeks now so o do a lot of modifications for abs.
