Aches/Cramps?

So tomorrow I'm due for AF. I have this unusual ache on the right side of my uterus. I've had it for a couple days now but doesn't resemble AF cramps. When I bend down or move my right leg it feels like a pinch. At 6dpo I felt cramps that I thought may be implantation but tested negative at 11dpo (maybe tested too early?) Is there a chance that maybe I'm pregnant and just tested too early?
