Lumpy breasts

I am 8dpo today and just noticed the sides of my breasts near my armpits feel lumpy. Is this a sign of pregnancy? They are also really sore, swollen and veiny and my nipples are sore too. Is this a sign of pregnancy or should I go to the doctors?
