Kicked in the stomach

How well protected is the baby in the womb? my 3 year old kicked me hard on accident he tried kicking the ball in front of me.. I was sitting on the grass and he missed the ball and kicked me... I am a little worried I waited to see if the baby would move. And nothing so far this happened at about 5:45
