Babies r us registry question

So we have a babies r us registry and a target registry-the target registry I have no issues with but the babies r us registry now has two items where an extra purchase is the same item has been made, it states.  When it happened a few weeks ago I thought it was just an accident, but now it's happened again, on a moderately expensive item. I feel awful because I'm going to have to take one of the double purchases back. Is this just a tech glitch in the babies r us system or what? Has anyone had this happen with theirs recently? I've never seen this happen on a registry before...thanks ladies!
