Yesterday we had to put our cat down due to a severe spinal cord injury. It was so sudden. He was such an asshole but he had the funniest personality. It's so easy to say it's just a cat until the worst happens. Even my tough good ole boy husband was bawling his eyes out at the vet. I can't stop crying tonight, my house is so quiet and empty without him causing chaos. I'm just crushed. And of course I'm 10 weeks pregnant so the hormones certainly aren't helping.
