Pregnant

I'm pregnant and I have a mirena... If any of y'all know when is the safest time to remove it so I don't miscarry please let me know your expirence. My doctor keeps flip flopping and I just really want to hear some success stories and what you or someone you know went through ... I'm certain it's not ectopic and I want to save my baby
