Sex during partial placenta previa

I went to the dr at 15 weeks and she told me i had PPP. She put me on pelvic rest for 4 weeks meaning no sex. Im now 17 weeks My sex life is amazing right now. Our drives were already high and they are getting higher. The other day we had sex and no pain or anything this morning we had sex no pain or bleeding or anything And it was amazing. Should i be worried about the baby? I know i need to stop but the hormones be taking over. I need help. Am i hurting myself? I am a first time mom and read some scary articles online. I just need more advice.
