What are some pills to take for helping with getting pregnant?

I've been trying for 3 years and my heart breaks ... I'm losing hope, my boyfriend and I are ready! but every time I take a hpt and its negative... Maybe I'll finally try to take some things that will work .. Any suggestions?

Go to your OBGYN and they'll most likely run some tests. Then, they'll most likely start you on Clomid a pill. We 'tried' for over a year with no luck. Never used any protection for 4 years on top of that with no luck. I took Clomid and was pregnant after the first dose. Good luck!
