Growth spurt time?

My LO is 5 weeks and has been nursing none stop pretty much all day.. Is it growth spurt time or am I not giving her enough? Really worried.. She only gets my breast we only bottle feed once a week

I guess I should also add I'm toward the end of my period idk if that would have something to do with it
