Labour story

On 30th January (Friday) I started getting weird regular back ache but ignored it then at 12am we went to the hospital was told I was 2cm so went home went to sleep. I started dreaming I was having contractions then woke up having contractions (all back ache) had a bath at 6:30am. My OH rang the hospital at 8:00am they asked had my water broke I said I don't think so. They told us to come in anyway since I was 2cm at 12am. I kept needing to wee and at 8:30am we set off for the hospital got there for 9am. Straight into my room into a gown went to the toilet and felt the need to push. They offered me the pool I said why not but when the midwife came back in she took one look at me and said nope she's on her way out we can't move u now. Then at 10:45am with just gas and air and my OH's hand to hold our beautiful daughter was born 7lbs 14oz. We went home next day at 10am.
