PREGNANT AFTER MIrena ??????

Got mirena removed  3/11 had af 3/13 lasted 5 day and me and my fiancé be on every day multiple times a day  that month (excluding period days ) problem is I haven't had a real period in 3 years before this I was on nexplanon  and had no period during that time I have sore boobs sometimes creamy thick cm as of today backache headache cramps in lower abdomen nauseous  and side tested one day late one neg the other invalid and at 3 days late  both neg what do y'all think
