Pregnant or paranoid !

So my S/O and I had sex on ovulation day and he came inside me . I am 7dpo now and my cervix is really high soft and closed . My period if due in 7 days , could I be pregnant ? I have slight cramps right now and I have been nauseous . Everybody in my family keep asking if I'm pregnant (not that I look it , they just said they have a feeling) I really feel like I am pregnant but it's just too early for me to test . What's your opinions ladies ?
