Supposedly 2 dpo with "high" fertility ovulation test

So day before yesterday I had Peak fertility on a clear blue opk. yesterday I checked to make sure (have pcos) and got a negative on both that one and the dip strip kind (no second line at all) then this morning I take a test cus I was having some cramping and A LOT of creamy/watery cm. I HAVE HIGH FERTILITY AGAIN! What the heck? I'm gonna take a test tomorrow to see if it says peak again but I'm so confused. I just started temping last week and today there is a temp spike from the rest of the week but I'm so lost 😢
