Help I can't stop googling web md symptoms

I am having major hypochondria about my 4 week old daughter. She has a rash on one side of her face and had been more cranky than normal but no fever.  I don't know how to stay positive or trust that she is ok. I don't know how to distinguish the difference between my paranoia or when to actually worry
