Post c section

I delivered via c section on the 5th .. it's been 11 days and I feel sick to my stomach the past 2 to 3 days. I have no urge or want to eat. I eat prob 2 times a day. I am still taking ibrophen 800 mg but only 1 to 2 times a day with food so that shouldn't be the cause. I'm very emotional and Idk if that's causing it or due to the sick feeling. I normally don't have lose bowel movements 4 times a day and that's what's been going on... any advice is appreciated !!
