Natural or C-section

Ughh I'm very nervous and would like to get advise on what to do. Okay here is! I went to my OBGYN for my first check up as a pregnant women. Everything went well till they stuck the clamp in my poon poon which I was trying to figure why they didn't know where the hole was they are clearly looking at it. Anyway... It felt so weird for a guy cuz I'm Lesbian to be touching me down there. He put about 3 fingers in my stuff like yeah soft tissue! Then another guy came over and did the same thing. There was a women but she was just watching I guess. Long story short, my stuff was hurting an they told me I might have to get a c-section  because my passage is narrow and my pelvic bone might not allow the baby head to get through. Is it completely over? It does depend on how big the baby is but if I have to do squats everyday I will??????
