Breast pump?

Soon to be FTM here and I plan on breastfeeding. I'm getting ready to order my breast pump and these are the ones my insurance covers. Which do you recommend and why?

This is my third baby and I've tried so many pumps!!!  Finally found one I love!  Spectra for sure!  It's hospital grade, super quiet, tons of options for speed and vacuum.  Medela and Avent were both a waste of time for me.  I'll be going back to work full time at 12 weeks and needed a pump I can depend on.  Good luck!

Spectra! It's way more sanitary because it's a close system. You can't pick up parts at the store yet so that's a pain BUT everythings available on their site. I'm sure they'll be in stores soon!

I have 2 medela pumps and love them, also hear great things about the spectra

My insurance covered ameda, it quit sucking on one side after two uses. I bought the Spectra and I'm much happier with it.

My mom's a lactation consultant and she'd say the Medela, because it's basically what hospitals have been using for ages. Easy to get parts for, reliable, and all the lactation consultants and such know how they work.

I have a madela- I love it. Although sometimes loud, it gets the job done 😊 Also quick and easy to clean and very light and portable!

Decided to go with the Spectra 9 plus advanced. It's travel friendly which will be handy. Going to save the money to get the Spectra S2 for at home eventually though! Thank you everyone for the help!!!

I ordered and received the Medela PISA through my insurance. Everyone I know recommended it or the Spectra. I just chose Medela bc I knew I could get extra supplies in store.

I have a medela and I love it. I would recommend it simply because you will never have a hard time in stores finding their products. some of those pumps are hard to find in stores. I can't find half of those pumps products in any store. medela has the biggest selections in my own experience.
