Does the birthcontrol patch make you gain weight ?

If so about how much? I'm on it & I feel it has but I want to loose weight to feel good about myself & my health. Idk if i should take it off. PLEASE HELP! Any tips on loosing weight ?

It doesn't directly cause weight gain. It can increase appetite, making you eat more and cause water retention.

Watch what you eat and exercise regularly and you should be able to avoid any weight gain.

This is kind of a yes no thing for me lol. No i didnt gain any weight at first until that is i got pregnant while on the patch. Then the pounds just flew onto my ass.

I’ve lost 37 pounds since being on the patch so I don’t think it affects that
