Belly fat ☹️
So I'm nearly 14 weeks pregnant. I will be getting married when baby is roughly 3 months old. My question is, what kind of foods are good to eat to help reduce my belly fat? I was only starting to eat healthy and a little exercise just before I fell pregnant, so my body really isn't used to much. I try to snack on fruit throughout the day, but sometimes that chocolate craving just takes over 😆 anyway, any advice you have to make it even just a little bit easier to lose some baby and before weight would be very much appreciated 😍
