Throwing up when I cook?!

Question

When I cook dinner I always throw it up a couple of hours after eating it but if I go out to eat at a restaurant or even fast food I'm completely fine. Has this happened to anyone else?

When I was pregnant if I cooked I'd get so nauseous and couldn't eat my entire pregnancy. If someone else cooked or I ate out I was fine. I think it's just your intense sense of smell. And I'm vegan so it wasn't undercooked meat or anything.

Are you cooking the food all the way through? Also when i cook sometimes i just dont feel like eating afterwards which sometimes leads to naseau...

Yup! I can't prepare anything. I went from cooking almost every night to not at all. The smells make me sick. I feel bad for my husband.
