Never had children,  but I want to prevent any risk of getting pregnant

If you have not had children it hurts SO BAD!!! You have no idea! I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone!! I know from personal experience.

IUD is recommended for ppl that have already had children etc due to some of the things that could go wrong. Like having to have it surgically removed etc. My doctor wouldn't give me an iud before I had my kids.

I'm 16 and I have the Mirena (I think I spelled it right?) IUD. An I love it more than any other kind I've tried.

I recently get an IUD and I love it. It was painful the day I got it and then i cramped really bad for three more days, but that's it.

I have one and I'm 18. I haven't had any problems. You spot for about a month and have cramps through out that month but after that it's fine.
