To test or not to test?

So just got off nexplanon March 29th..doctor says I could ovulate as early as the next week! I didn't test it but I'm pretty sure I felt the pop/pain of ovulation the very next week! I've had plenty of sex that week and after! I'm having symptoms that could be PMS symptoms but I missed my period today(so far) Eek! Idk if I should test bc crazy stuff happens after birth control or wait it out! Don't wanna be disappointed..thoughts??
