C-section
I had my son 5 months ago and I had to get a C-section the first 3 months were tough I was barley able to move around and care for my baby but now everything is slowly going back to normal... I just wanted to know when was it a good time to start working out? I still feel a Lil sore around the belly button area, I just wanted to see if there were any more experienced mom's like me who dealt with what I had to deal with was it hard to shake off the weight?
