I Don't Get It

On Facebook, I watched a short compilation video featuring women getting their hair cut and styled (it eases the itch of wanting to cut my own hair. Those of you who have grown out their short hair know what I mean!). I didn't like how they were presented as if they weren't cute before their hair transformation. So, I posted, "I think they were cute the way they were. But the new styles look great!" Someone commented back, saying I had no right to comment on a black girl's look because I am white. The responder, a man, said I need to 'stay in my own world'.

What the hell does that even mean? 😂 A woman can't say her fellow females look good?!
