WARNING GROSS but please Can someone help me?! Scared as fuck....

I have a Drs app next Monday but for the past 2 weeks I bleed every other time during sex one day I'll bleed the next I won't. The picture below is the usual amount I bleed each time (maybe a little more sometimes) this is really scaring me I looked it up and said it could be cancer I'm freaking out idk what to do..my mom said it was just ovulation but it's been 2 weeks and I still get it...
