The most accurate to find out if you're ovulating?

I've been taking ovulation tests & they're always negative. So I started to check my temp but I get up way too often in the night for it to be accurate. I've checked my CM & Cervix & I just cannot figure it out. I'm 8 months in to TTC baby #2.

Opks dont work for me, i have PCOS and have an elevated LH level throughout my cycle so the tests are always strong positives😒 also cant use BBT because i wake up strange and it takes me about 10 minutes to function and know what day it is lol so im just going to go with good old fashioned CM! Cant go wrong with that😊
