At the labor and delivery need advice what is the monitor reading?!!

I was at work when I felt this wetness on my panties and pants they were really wet called my doctor she told me to come in to the L&D, nurses are taking forever to let me know what's going on put me on the machine and left me here I don't feel no contractions or anything.

What you guys think? Is the monitor reading contractions? Don't know how to read it.

They should have stabbed your lady parts to see if it's amniotic fluid leaking. When my water broke at 29 weeks with my son, that was the first thing they did.

The bottom with the little hills are contractions on your sheet. Here's what mins looked like when they were coming every 2 minutes.

Looks like the bottom line is picking up uterine activity. But it also looks like it's spiking and not lasting long. If they're big contractions the lines will go up and stay up then go back down after a period of time. That's just with my experience.

It's hard to tell - something is definitely happening. The length/height of the "hills" representing contractions will vary depending on the settings of the monitor.

The bottom black line is where your contractions will be and the top is either the baby's heart or movement I can't tell on your machine. I'm in L&D at the moment too and this is what contractions look like, yours looks more like uterine irritability which can lead to contractions if that's what you're hoping for lol
