I started riding my horse on weekends again!! This was my first ride in 8 months. Felt so good! I'm walking 30 minutes a day with baby too.

Here!  Walking when the weather is nice. It's so good to have my body back, while snuggling my little man! I had 2 lbs left to lose at my 6 week apt. I'm pretty sure it's all boobs. 😜

I have- started slow with only 25mins on the elliptical. Will work up to more strength training and longer running soon!

First night back at crossfit last night at 8 weeks pp. Everything hurts today.. In a good way.

I'm going to start walking every day as of tomorrow (baby is with mum for a couple hours today so I can blitz the house lol). Xx

Since 6 weeks pp, walking 3-4 miles a day

I had my lo early (dec 30th instead of fab 14th) and I breastfeed so I waited until 12w but I've gone back full force walking a couple of miles a day and doing insanity 4x a week but definitely have to stay hydrated or you'll see a decrease in supply
