Head injury 😥😢

Today, my baby fell off the desk and landed on her head onto the wood floor. My husband sat her on the table and wasn't watching for one second before she fell. She has a gigantic bruise and bump on her forehead. We took her to the ER and the doctor said she is fine, but to keep a close watch on her. It is now her bed time and she is sleeping. I feel so anxious! Should I elevate her head to prevent a possible blood clot!? The instructions never mentioned it.
