Minastrin 24 FE? Effective?

I just started taking Minastrin because I'm getting my implant out of my arm due to bleeding. I've been taking these pills for 5 days but I'm wondering is this pretty effective? And leave your reviews thanks!

I've been through my first pack. It's effective but a shit ton of side effects... Nausea is the worst of it for me,it's like morning sickness, but test after test says I'm not pregnant. My friend was on it and had severe mood swings and has switched to the patch.
