How do I spice up my sex life?

I've been with my boyfriend for about a year and our sex is becoming more routine. Like he starts on top, then we go to the side and then I'm on top and we're done. Is there anything i can do to make it more exciting? And I also don't want to offend him and ask him because then he won't feel like he's pleasing me. And don't get me wrong it feels amazing but it's getting too routine. Any suggestions?

It's weird and you don't want to make him feel like he's not good enough, but just sit down and talk to him. I was in the same situation and I talked to my boyfriend and told him how I felt. Look up new positions and when you're having sex, say "hey let's try this". It sounds stupid but it works!!
