I have that one. Works wonders for me. I suffer from severe lower back pain and pressure on the longest nerve on my right leg. Check if your Dr can give you a prescription for your insurance to cover it. If not, depending on where you live it might be less or more money. Good luck

Just as an fyi, some health insurance policies will cover one if Dr will prescribe, it'd be worth a call at least.  For me, I wish I could have afforded one out of pocket that was more like spandex and breathable.  The one I got with insurance makes me sweat and rubs where the velcro won't lay right. Think comfort!
