MC at 6 weeks

At 6 weeks I started to bleed but because it was brown and I didn't have cramps I thought everything would be okay. I was a little bit worried though. At almost 8 weeks i had an appointment with doctor and he didn't see Anything so I had a mc at 6 weeks. We've already started again for our next baby immediately because I am positive minded and realized that this was the best for as well as for the baby as for us.

Does anyone have experience in getting pregnant quickly after mc? I have PCO so it already took over a year to getting pregnant the first time.
