Learning young

Do you think it's wrong for young children to learn about sex and periods and human bodies? Like 4 year olds, and above, in details that they can understand. I was taught from a very young age, never really didn't understand sex and the human body because my parents never told me storks bring babies or didn't mention periods. I was constantly educated by them and I never didn't have an answer to my questions.
Do you agree with this or do you think kids should be older?
Also I'm not judging those who chose to wait till their children are older, because that's their parenting choice. I just want opinions :)
