I was told I had an abortion ??

So long story short , I was talking to a girl at work about a miscarriage I had in 2014. I told her that the baby didn't have a heartbeat at my 12wk ultrasound and stopped growing at 6wks but my body had missed the miscarriage and wasn't realizing I wasn't pregnant , so I ended up having to take a pill to help the miscarriage happen . She then proceeded to tell me that the pills I took were abortion pills and that I aborted my baby. Does she have a valid point since I didn't wait untill my body did it on it's own? Idk why this is bothering me so much because I feel like it obviously was a miscarriage and not an abortion , but she won't change her view and now doesn't speak to me.
