Lower back pain in early pregnancy??

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant and have had slight back pain the past week. I have heard it is a sign of miscarriage, is that true?? I had slight cramps at 3 weeks going into 4 weeks but don't get them much anymore. No spotting or bleeding. Has this happened to anyone before?? I'm just really really worried.

i had back pain through my entire pregnancy, it can be normal. but if you feel something is up, see your doc! good luck❤️

Yes I'm only goin on 8 weeks now but I had lower back pain at 4 weeks.. Went docs said it's normal.. Don't stress! Good luck x

I always have back pain on my period, and have had lower back pain on and off now. It is not severe, but it is there.

Whatever you do, just stay positive and relax :) My partner forbid me from "googling" symptoms of misscarriage because many of them are normal and it's not good to worry. You're going to feel some cramping from time to time. I've had back pains from the beginning. If you cramp heavy and spot then see your doctor. Also, if you're just feeling worried, see your doctor :) that's what mine said he's there for! I am currently just over 19 weeks and had spotting throughout the first 16 weeks. I can tell you that the day my partner sat me down and firmly, but lovingly, told me to stop worrying and to stop reading into every symptom was the day I really started to enjoy this pregnancy :)
