Question about clomid

I finished my doses of clomid on Saturday, now since Sunday I have been having random pains in my stomach/pelvic area, nausea, hot and cold flashes, fatigue and no appetite. Glow shows my fertile window starts tomorrow. Could this be side effects of the clomid, or signs I am finally ovulating?
