Help soothe my anxiety please

I have safe sex with my boyfriend (we always use condoms he either cums before he puts on the condom or pulls out and finishes in the condom) I was off my pill (mono-linyah) for 2 weeks. I'm back on and am bloating and have had sore boobs like normal pms and the last time I was on the pill. I haven't had my period in almost 4 weeks (the doctor said I would be off) my mom and boyfriend say it's in my head that I'm pregnant. Agree?  or disagree? Let me know
