Spotting

Okay! So I am on my first pack of BC. I'm about 2 days away from taking the sugar pill but I started spitting earlier today. I'm really paranoid because my boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex and I just want to make sure my pill is still effective. Id really appreciate some personal stories or knowledge of this because I'm freaking out!!!!!!
